Step 1. Log in to iTunes Connect
Step 2. Validate your podcast’s RSS feed. Simply copy and paste your feed into into the URL field and hit “Validate”
Step 3. Next, you’ll need to verify your show’s details. This is your chance to make sure everything looks correct.
Step 4. If all looks good, click the “Validate” button up top. You’ll receive a “Podcast successfully submitted for review” message and also receive an email from iTunes Store confirming your show is now under review.
The iTunes team will have someone listen to your feed before accepting your submission, so you’ll have to wait for approval. This can happen in as little as an hour, or it could take a couple days.
Once your show is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know about your approval, and that your show will be available in the iTunes Store within the next few hours.

Step 1. You’ll start by creating a free account with Spotify. We highly recommend using the same email you use with your podcast host so that you can avoid any errors with uploading your show.
Step 2. Click “Get Started”, then paste in the link to your podcast’s RSS feed.
Step 3. Add your podcast’s details like the category, language, and country.
Step 4. Review the details and submit.
Many shows are live within just a few hours, but it could take up t0 five days to appear.

Step 1. Log in or Create an Account
Head on over to the Podcasters page on iHeartRadio.com and click the “Submit Your Podcast” button. From here, you’ll need to either log in or create an account.
Step 2. Submit Your Podcast
Once you have successfully created an account or logged in, click the “Add Your Podcast” button and copy and paste your podcast’s RSS feed.
Review your podcast’s details, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and select the red “Submit Podcast” button.
After you submit your podcast, you should receive a notice of “Podcast Submission Success!” The notice will also say, “Show was successfully created and scheduled for ingestion. If the show has not gone live after 24 hours, Contact iHeartRadio.”

Step 1. Sign Up for a TuneIn Account
Step 2. Go to TuneIn's Podcasters Page

Now that you have a free account, head over to the “Podcasters” section and select “Publish a Podcast.”
Step 3. Submit Your Show's Details
Next, add your contact info. and submit your show’s details including your podcast RSS feed, accept their terms and conditions and click “Send Email.”
Step 4. Wait for Approval
It can take as little as a few days or up to two weeks to receive an email notice from TuneIn that your podcast has been added to their directory.

Step 1. Go to Pandora For Podcasters
Step 2. Log in to Submit Your Show
Once you’ve created and account and logged in at Pandora For Podcasters, you’ll see a message that says “Welcome to Amp!” You are now ready to start the submission process. Choose your submission type as “Podcasts,” and then click “Start Submission”
Step 3. Paste Your Podcast's RSS Feed URL
Copy and paste your podcast RSS feed from your RSS.com Podcasting account into the URL form. Then, click “Next.”
Step 4. Provide Some Info on Your Show
In order to complete the submission process, Pandora needs some details about your show including:
- Whether the podcast’s playback order is episodic or serial
- If the show is timely or evergreen
- If your show is branded
- Your show’s brand sponsor – state “not applicable” if you don’t have one
- The average downloads per episode – You can get these details in the analytics dashboard. Read more about analytics here.
- Total number of downloads – Again you can get your all time downloads in your analytics dashboard.
You’ll also be asked if you would like Pandora to contact you about selling ads in your podcast. Finally, you’ll share your podcast’s social media feeds, and then click “Next.”
5. Podcast Owner Details - Terms & Conditions
You’ll now be asked for your email address, and phone number. Fill this out, and click “Submit.”
Next, read through the terms and conditions, and click “Submit.”
Provided there were no errors in filling out the form, you should see a pop-up that reads “Congratulations! Your podcast has been submitted to Pandora. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for the team to review your submission.”
Click “Ok” to be taken to your podcast dashboard, where your status should now read “In Review.”

Step 1. Go to Podcasters.Amazon.com and click “Get Started.”
Step 2. Connect your Amazon Account. If you don’t have one, you’ll create one to move to the next step.
Step 3. Add Your Podcast’s RSS Feed. select your country, and click “Submit.”
Step 4. Next, confirm that it’s your podcast and cover art that’s being shown. Agree to the terms of service, and click the prompt to “Confirm Email.”
After you have confirmed ownership, your podcast should appear on Amazon Music and Audible within 24 hours.
