YOUR DASHBOARD
Sermon.net will help you hit all of your targets, including; your website, Facebook, YouTube, Apps for Android, Apple, Roku, and Podcast feeds, with a single-click week after-week.
Below is a quick summary of what you will find within each section.
UPLOAD MEDIA / ADD NEW EPISODE (add new sermon)
- This is where you go to upload a new sermon to your account. You can upload Audio, Video and PDF files. Add your Details to the Episode to make them easier to search as you grow your Archive.
EPISODE ARCHIVE
- This is where you will find a list of all of the Episodes in your account. At any time you can go back into an existing Episode to update its details or media files. From here you can also get an Episode’s media player and the direct media download and playback links.
MASTER LIVE EPISODE
- This is your Live Stream control module. From here you can; get your RTMP stream credentials to add to your encoding hardware or software, modify your stream settings and details (title, description, artwork, etc.), stream directly from your browser, trim & publish your Live recordings.
LIVE STREAM FROM BROWSER
- This is a shortcut to your Master Live Episode’s > Stream from Browser function. It's all you need in order to Live Stream to all of your locations and automatically build your on-demand archive.
STATS
- These are your analytics. Here you can find out how many times the sermons in your Archive have been played in total, and played during a specific timeframe. You can also see how many people tuned-in for your Live Stream, and where on the planet they are located.
ACCOUNT
- In here you will find your account’s Contact and Billing Information, Admin/Users,, Studio Usage (monthly storage & delivery totals), as well as several of the default Settings within your Studio account.
STUDIO SUMMARY / SETUP
- This location provides quick access to a few of your account’s basics, including; your Profile Information, Artwork, and additional Live Episode controls / access.
MEDIA BANK
- This is where your original source files are kept. Within your Account > Settings you can determine how long you want to keep these files in your storage. NOTE: Removing the original source files will not impact any media that has been transcoded and added to an Episode in your Archive. We create a new copy from the source file.
LIVE RECORDINGS
- This is a shortcut to your Master Live Episode’s > Live Recording section. From here you can preview your past Live recordings, and create clips by setting Start and Stop points. Create new on-demand Episodes from the clips. You can have the full Live recording automatically added to your on-demand archive following the Live Stream, and/or you can create as many clips from a Live Stream recording as you would like.
YOUR MEDIA CENTERS
- This is where your online audience will access your Live and On-demand content. Media Centers provide additional tools / modules, such as; Live Chat, and integrated Bible, Notes, and more. You can link to the Media Center as an external landing page, or you can embed a Media Center directly into your own Website.
YOUR PODCAST / RSS FEED
- To further syndicate your on-demand content you can submit your (included) Podcast / RSS feed to as many directories as you would like. Free directories include; Apple Podcast, Spotify, and I Heart Radio. Anyone can subscribe to your feed and when you add new content it can automatically be delivered to their device.
NOTE: At any time you can switch between ADVANCED and SIMPLE Studio Modes using the button located at the top-middle of the Interface. Warning: ADVANCED Mode is not for the faint of heart. Proceed with caution. Just kidding, but there are a lot of tools in the toolbox. Use the ones you need, ignore the rest - until the need arises. We are here and always happy to help!
