Connecting your Live Stream Simulcast Targets (sm)

Let's go in and connect your YouTube and Facebook accounts so that when you start a stream it goes to those locations as well.

From the dashboard go into the Master Live Episode and click on the Simulcast button.

If you are streaming to YouTube, click on the ADD button in the lower right. This will open the login  panel.

Select the proper YouTube account and enter your password. Allow your sermon.net account to manage your YouTube account. Click on Allow.  That's it.

If you are streaming to Facebook, click on the ADD button in the lower right. This will open the login panel.

Login to your account... Make sure it is a Profile account that is also admin for the ministry's facebook page.

Click on Continue

Select your target audience

Click on Continue

Once connected be sure to select the proper target, the ministry's facebook page from the drop down menu.

Facebook does not allow you to live stream to a GROUP using the API, it must be a PAGE or PROFESSIONAL PROFILE.  And, your Page or Professional Profile must have at least 100 followers in order to be live streamed to.

Below you will find the Custom RTMP locations.  For other destinations, you can copy and paste the RTMP credentials they provide so that we can also forward your live stream on to them as it happens.

If you do not want your live stream to go to one or all of your simulcast targets, you can simply uncheck the "is active" button, then recheck it to re-activate when needed.
