Providing Access to your Live Stream (sm)

There are a few ways to provide access to your Live Streams.  You can simulcast your live event to your Facebook and/or YouTube accounts. There is a separate tutorial that will show you how to set that up. But sermon.net also provides live stream players that you can embed anywhere or link to directly if you do not have a web page.

Scroll down on the dashboard to access your Media Centers. There you will find the direct full-page link and the embed code.  A media center will provide access to your live streams and to your on-demand playlists.

Clicking on the MANAGE button will take you into the Studio's ADVANCED MODE where you can further customize the media center.  At any time you can switch back to SIMPLE MODE by clicking on the button in the top middle of your Studio interface.

The link can be shared to provide access to your media center.  You can use your media center as a basic web site or ministry landing page that is completely under your control, with your content and information only.

With most webstie platforms, you can embed the media center direclty into a page. For example, in Squarespace website management system you can created a blank page (or use an existing page), add embed block, and then copy and paste the media center embed code into the block.

If you want just a basic player for your live stream,, with no other modules, wIthin your Master Live Episode go to the PLAYER tab. From there you can get the player's embed code that you paste wherever you would like, including an ONLINE.CHURCH interface, if that is what you are currently using.

If you are using a 3rd party app or player, you can use your live stream's direct m3u8 live playback url.  Go to the Master Live Episode > Live Broadcast tab > and with Stream Settings scroll down to APP Playback URL to copy the link.
